Appointments

We recommend that appointments for facials, massages, and packages be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome!

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to unwind.

Please be advised that if you are late your appointment will end at your scheduled time so the next guest is not inconvenienced.

Credit card information is required to reserve appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand of appointments, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notification for any charges or cancellations. Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to full charge.

Gratuities

Gratuity for work is appreciated. We recommend a range from 15-20% of the price of the service provided.

Etiquette

Nu Yu Day Spa is retreat from the outside world. In order to maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phones, relax and respect other guests and their interests.

We love and appreciate children here at Nu Yu Day Spa. However, to maintain our atmosphere of comfort and relaxation for our clients, we ask that you only bring your children if they are receiving a service.
